I began working with Science for the People Magazine in various editorial capacities in 2019, first helping digitize the historic archives from 1970-89 in efforts to revitalize the magazine. I began taking on copy editing assignments in 2020 during the first-wave of the COVID-19 pandemic and became more involved with drafting calls for submission, reviewing article proposals, and corresponding with authors for the Spring 2023 Gender issue. It has been an honor to be a part of preserving this slice of science history and helping support the important tradition of radical science.
